  1. How can I pay?
  2. How long does the delivery take?
  3. My new blouse (dress, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit. Can I change it to a bigger (smaller) size?

  • How can I pay?
    You have several possibilies to pay:
    • via Cash on Delivery (only available in Germany): Plus € 6 cod fee
    • via money order: You transfer the amount in advance to the given account. As soon as the money arrives, the packet will be sent to you
    • via paypal: You have a paypal account with balance. At the end of the checkout process you will be directed to the secure paypal website, from where you can make your payment
    • via credit card: You are asked to fill your credit card data during checkout process. Please note that the credit card verification code as printed on your credit card is necessary. Furhter information is provided during checkout process.
    • via invoice: Regular customers (2+ completed orders) can choose invoice as payment method

    • How long does the delivery take?
      Usually all goods are on stock, which means all orders will be sent immediately after receiving your transfer resp. your order.

    • My new blouse (dress, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit. Can I change it to a bigger (smaller) size?
      Of course you may change it. Just send it back to us (sufficiently stamped) with a note to help processing your exchange. If you live outside Germany or BENELUX, we would ask you deposit the shipping charges for the new delivery in the packet or transfer it to given account. Customers in Germany and BENELUX get their exchange - except for the postage of the return - for free.

    • I do not like my new dress (blouse, shirt). May I send it back?
      Of course you may. You have a right to revoke within 14 days after receipt of your order. Details in our terms and conditions and on your invoice.

    • Do have a store where I can try some clothes?
      Yes, we have. You can find it in 67311 Tiefenthal, Nackterhof 2. Opening hours Mo - Fr 10 - 16 o'clock, Sa 10 - 14 o'clock, wednesday closed.
      If you are interested in visiting our store, just let us know in advance what you would like to try, so we can manage to get the items available in the store.

      Unfortunately we do not offer a catalogue due to the immense costs of keeping it up to date.
